Holstee Reflection Cards

We have used the Holstee Reflection Cards many times in our lives and on the podcast. As you know (if you listen to our pod) we like to get real and talk real! We have used these cards on our podcast many times to ask each other deep questions, reflect on the year, holidays, or just for fun.

We have used them IRL as well. We like pulling them out at dinner parties, Thanksgiving dinners, New Year’s Eve drinks, catch up dinner with friends and family, or to connect with each other. These cards are a great way to connect with others you can also use them as journal prompts for solo reflections. We love them!

You can get yourself a deck HERE

Love Languages

If you listen to our podcast you know were are big fans of Love Languages. Once we learned each other’s love language a lot changed in our relationship. We were able to communicate better, understand each other’s needs, and better meet each other’s needs.

The 5 different Love Languages are:

  • Quality Time

  • Gifts

  • Physical Touch

  • Acts of Service

  • Words of Affirmation

There are different ways you can give your love and receive love. For example, Alex wants to receive love through Quality Time but she gives love through Acts of Service. Corey likes to receive and give love through Physical Touch. You can also give and receive love differently in romantic relationships and friendships.

Do you know your Love Language? Do you know your partner’s Love Language? If not you can take the test HERE. We recommend taking the test together then explaining to each other how you want to receive love from each other and how you like to give love to each other. Let us know what you discover!
